Marc Anthony signs $160 million touring deal, the largest in history for a Latin Artist
Cardenas Marketing Network and Magnus Talent Agency developed the unprecedented Multi-Year agreement
The Partnership Creates an Innovative Platform for the Artist, Fans and Brands
May 15, 2018 New York, NY — Cárdenas Marketing Network (CMN) and Magnus Talent Agency (MTA) confirmed today that global chart-topping recording artist, award winning songwriter and music impresario MARC ANTHONY has entered into a historic touring arrangement with the world largest producer of Latin music concerts and sporting events, CMN.
On the over $160 million multi-year deal, CMN will serve as Anthony‘s exclusive concert promoter throughout North America, Central America, South America and the Caribbean encompassing several touring cycles. In Europe, CMN and MTA will copromote concerts with CMN exclusively representing the Artist’s live performances.
Marc Anthony sets a new precedent in the live entertainment industry with this new agreement, receiving the highest compensation ever for a Latin artist, as well as one of the most lucrative deals in recent times for an artist performing in any language. With a working relationship that extends over 30 years, this novel agreement will drive memorable experiences for the next generation of live music fans experience, while strengthening Anthony’s worldwide brand through a variety of innovative sponsorships and strategic marketing campaigns in the United States and Latin America. Marc Anthony’s past tours have consistently been included in the top grossing lists of music industry leading publications(i.e. POLLSTAR and Billboard), where he is often the only Latin music artist ranked among other global pop, rock and country music stars.
